ALPERT, Judge.

The Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission determined that appellee, Sandra A. Holman, was an independent contractor (and not an employee of appellant Kelly Catering, Inc.) and therefore was not eligible to receive workers' compensation benefits. Following her appeal, an Anne Arundel County jury reversed, and determined that Holman was, in fact, an employee of Kelly. Kelly, on appeal, now asks us to address the following variations...
