The Department of Transportation (DOT) appeals from an order of Judge Norman A. Krumenacker, III, of the Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County (trial court) that sustained the appeal of Daniel B. Ahlborn (Ahlborn) from a ninety-day suspension of his driver's license. Ahlborn was charged in a criminal proceeding with possessing 1.4 grams of marijuana, in violation of Section 13(a)(31)(i)...
