Cora Churchill and the estate of Jason Churchill (Churchill) appeal from the judgment on a verdict denying coverage under an automobile liability policy issued by New Hampshire Insurance Company. Churchill contends the trial court erred in denying her motion for a directed verdict, arguing that coverage exists as a matter of law. We affirm.
