Beatrice M. Rohloff appeals from a summary judgment ruling that she is not a policyholder or a named insured under a motor vehicle insurance policy issued by Heritage Mutual Insurance Company. Instead, the circuit court ruled that Rohloffs coverage was limited to that of an "occupancy insured" under the policy's uninsured motorist provisions.
