Edward Kraemer & Sons, Inc., appeals from an order affirming the Sauk County Board of Adjustment's denial of Kraemer's application for a special exception permit to conduct mineral extraction activities on its land. We conclude that the board acted outside the standards of the Sauk County Zoning Ordinance when it denied Kraemer's application.1 We therefore reverse the circuit court's order and direct the court to remand...
