In this utility case, the Residential Ratepayer Consortium (RRC) appeals as of right a March 13, 1990, order of the Public Service Commission that concerns a gas cost recovery reconciliation proceeding1 for 1988.2 Michigan Consolidated Gas Company (MichCon) cross appeals the same order. We affirm.
