Appellant George Crerand appeals from the trial court's denial of his petition for special action relief. Crerand brought this action against the State, alleging that his inability to earn release or "good-time" credits for time spent in presentence custody in the county jail was a violation of his equal protection rights pursuant to Article 2, Section 13 of the Arizona Constitution and the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States...
