Pursuant to a plea bargain, defendant pleaded nolo contendere1 to breaking and entering an occupied dwelling, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2). Part of the plea bargain was that the prosecutor would recommend a sentence within the sentencing guidelines' recommended range...
