Harry Allen Havens was convicted after a bench trial of one count of first degree rape of a child occurring on or about January 25, 1989. A sentence of 60 months was imposed. In an unpublished decision, this court reversed the conviction and remanded for a new trial. State v. Havens, 58 Wn.App. 1026 (1990).
