HOUGHTON, J.
Lynn Construction, Inc., appeals a Thurston County Superior Court judgment confirming an arbitration award and a prior order denying Lynn's request for a trial de novo, on the grounds the request was timely filed, but not timely served on the opposing party. We affirm.
