The plaintiff appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing his appeal challenging the defendants'1 denial of his application for a zoning variance. The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly concluded that he had failed to demonstrate a hardship sufficient to support the granting of a variance. We reverse the judgment of the trial court.
