(Miller) appeals from the March 30, 1993 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County (Common Pleas), which affirmed the July 30, 1992 decision of the Board of Supervisors of Plumstead Township (Board) rejecting Miller's challenge to the Plumstead Township Zoning Ordinance of 1970, as amended (Ordinance).
