Penney, Inc., appeals a superior court judgment against it for the wrongful discharge of Robin Bartley Hill, arguing that the trial court lacked jurisdiction; that Hill did not have a contractual right to be fired only for cause; that Hill was fired for cause; and that Hill failed to mitigate her damages.
