De Bruyn Produce Company is involved in the growing, harvesting, packing, and shipping of vegetables. It has operations in different areas of the country, including Michigan. Defendants are migrant workers from Texas who worked for plaintiff in Ionia, Michigan, during the 1987 season. Defendants were recruited in Texas.
