ROSSMEISSL, Bankruptcy Judge:

Appellants appeal from the bankruptcy court's dismissal of a Chapter 11 case to the extent that it was filed on behalf of a nonbusiness trust and Hunt as a trustee. Appellant Terri Angela Hunt had filed for bankruptcy protection individually and on behalf of a non-business trust. We affirm.
