This is a no-fault case. Defendant insurer appeals as of right an order of the Washtenaw Circuit Court that granted partial summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10) to the plaintiff insured on the question of defendant's liability for first-party benefits. The same order denied defendant's motion for summary disposition. We reverse.
