Defendant, Christopher Michael Pigula, appeals as of right from a July 1, 1991, order denying his motion for the return of fingerprints, an arrest card, and photographs that were generated in connection with his arrest on charges of first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) against a minor, MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2) and MCL 750.520c; MSA 28.788(3).
