McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.

Lee O. Rayner appeals the 151-month sentence imposed by the District Court1 following his guilty plea to conspiring to distribute phencyclidine (PCP). For reversal, he argues that the District Court erred in calculating his criminal history score and in denying his request for a two-point minor-participant reduction. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
