Following a six-day civil bench trial, the district court ruled that the former principal owners of Consolidated Auto Recyclers, Inc. ("CAR"), defendants Wayne Bowers, Rodney Rodrigue, and John Robichaud (hereinafter "the CAR defendants"), violated the federal and Maine anti-wiretap statutes when they intercepted and recorded telephone calls made by and to plaintiffs, who were employees or former employees...
