Julie Barker was seriously injured in a one-car accident. The owner and operator of the motor vehicle was John Stottlemyer. Stottlemyer's vehicle was insured by State Farm Insurance Company. Because of the severity of her injuries, Barker was paid the full policy limits of $100,000.
