This case involves preliminary objections filed by the Cancer Fund of America (CFA) to a complaint in equity filed by the Attorney General on behalf of the Commonwealth. Most of CFA's twenty numbered objections are in the nature of a demurrer. The remaining objections challenge the complaint on First Amendment grounds, asserting that the Act upon which the Attorney General bases his complaint, the Solicitation of Funds for Charitable Purposes...
