The Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (DOT) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County which sustained Terry A. Buss' appeal from a three-month suspension of her vehicle registration pursuant to Section 1786(d) of the Vehicle Code, as amended, 75 Pa.C.S. § 1786(d).1 The order of the trial court is vacated and this case is remanded to the trial court with directions...
