This is an appeal from a Superior Court judgment rendered upon a jury verdict finding that the defendant Tiger Lee Construction Company (Tiger Lee) violated the New Home Warranties Act, chapter 827 of the General Statutes, and that the defendants Tiger Lee and Eugene Sammartino violated the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), chapter 735a of the General Statutes.
