In this appeal from summary judgment in a will contest, we find that there are no disputed genuine issues of fact regarding the validity of a will, the sufficiency of evidence establishing a contract to make a will, the validity of an alleged common law marriage, and the validity of a testamentary disposition of property in a partnership agreement.
