Pursuant to this Court's remand, the district court resentenced Anthony F. Daddino ("Daddino"). Nearly two months after the resentencing, the government moved that the district court amend its written sentencing order to provide that Daddino pay the costs of his incarceration and supervision. Through counsel, Daddino objected. The district court responded favorably to the government's motion, treating Daddino's objection as a motion for reconsideration...
