Oscar Perez was convicted by a jury of conspiring to distribute cocaine and of possessing cocaine with intent to distribute. He appealed, contending that the evidence was insufficient to support his convictions; that he was entrapped as a matter of law; that the government's outrageous conduct violated his due process rights; and that the trial court committed reversible error in admitting hearsay statements...
