Christopher Cleaves was convicted of two counts of operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent for which he was sentenced to four years in prison on each count, to be served concurrently. He was also ordered to pay restitution of $305 concerning two charges that were dismissed, but read in at sentencing. He disputes only the $305 restitution order.
