Plaintiffs appeal from a defendant's verdict in a negligence action for the wrongful death of plaintiffs' 19-month-old son Jason. The boy died as the result of injuries sustained when the defendant, the child's step-grandfather, whom he called "Papa," ran over him as he was moving the truck in his yard. Defendant was a used car dealer working out of his home and it was not unusual for him to use his yard to demonstrate a vehicle to a customer...
