Appellant was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County of child pornography, for which he was sentenced to eight years in prison. He raises three issues on appeal:

I. Whether the trial court erred in ruling that Md. Ann. Code, art. 27 § 419A(c) imposed strict liability and in therefore refusing to instruct the jury regarding a mens rea for that crime. II. Whether the trial court erred in ruling...
