Larry Schack ("Schack") and the American Civil Liberties Union ("ACLU") appeal the decision of the district court dismissing their case against the Florida Bar ("Bar") and the Judicial Qualifications Commission ("JQC") on the ground that the claim is moot. In addition, on appeal, both the Bar and the JQC argue that this court does not have jurisdiction to hear the case as no case or controversy exists between the parties. We disagree with...
