The Tri-City National Bank, located at 7213 North Teutonia Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was robbed at approximately 11:38 a.m. on November 19, 1991. The robber wore a baseball cap, a sweater, baggy pants, black and white high-top tennis shoes, glasses, and had a bandanna over his nose and mouth.
