In February, 1991, Terry Nazarenus was indicted on two counts of aggravated sexual abuse. He was arrested, arraigned, and subsequently released on bond. A superseding indictment alleging three counts of aggravated sexual abuse was filed in August, 1991. Following a series of continuances requested by the government so that DNA and other forensic testing could be completed, a four-day jury trial was held in February, 1992. Nazarenus...
