Purina Mills, Inc. appeals a final judgement of the district court awarding G. Leon Turner damages and attorney fees for violation of the Louisiana Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, La. Rev.Stat.Ann. §§ 51:1401 et seq. (LUTPA). Finding insufficient evidence for submission of the case to the jury, we reverse and render judgment for Purina.
