Defendants, The Trees of Brookwood, Inc. ("Trees") and Deana Goodwine ("Goodwine"), removed the above-entitled action to this court. It was filed by plaintiff, Boothe Austin Haley ("Haley"), in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama.
