This action involves claims of negligence and breach of contract by the defendants with respect to the installation and maintenance of a residential burglar alarm system. The plaintiffs, Charles Nardi and Joan Nardi, appeal from the decision of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of the defendant Southern New England Telephone Company (SNET) on the third count of their amended complaint.
