I. Introduction.

On July 20, 1993, a trial to the court was held in this case to determine the allocation of fault between the defendants, Karen C. Benedict and Lynn M. Adelmund. Defendant Benedict admits that she failed to yield the right of way and, accordingly, bears some portion of fault for the resulting automobile collision which caused injuries to her passenger, Geneva Burns....
