Plaintiff in this case received medical treatment from the Ruby Mountain Medical Clinic in Elko, Nevada after suffering from pain and numbness in his left ear. The attending doctor at the clinic diagnosed Mr. Heredia's condition as acute severe left otitis media with bullous myringitis and prescribed three medications...
