In our original decision in this case,1 we reversed the judgment of the trial court, which implemented the jury's general verdict in favor of plaintiff and overruled defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict ("j.n.o.v."). We did so upon our conclusion that each of three alternative legal theories of anticompetitive conduct that were presented to the jury were erroneous as a matter of law....
