PER CURIAM.

Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of possession with intent to deliver less than fifty grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7401(2) (a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(iv). Defendant subsequently pleaded guilty of being an habitual offender, fourth offense, MCL 769.12; MSA 28.1084, and was sentenced to a prison term of 3 1/2 to 20 years. Defendant appeals as of right.
