As a result of differences between members of the parish (Russian Orthodox Church of the Holy Resurrection, Inc.)2 and the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia (Church), the members held an extraordinary parish meeting and voted to amend their articles of organization and by-laws so as to remove all references to the Church in their by-laws. Subsequently, the parish became affiliated with another orthodox umbrella organization...
