This case involves several appeals taken from judgments entered by the Municipal Court of Chillicothe, Ohio, in the action commenced by Linda S. Vannoy, plaintiff below and appellee herein, against Capital Lincoln-Mercury Sales, Inc. ("Capital") and BancOhio National Bank ("BancOhio"), defendants below and appellants herein.
