With this lawsuit, plaintiff Sprint Corporation challenges the "manner" in which defendant James H. Evans, Attorney General of Alabama, seeks to apply the Alabama criminal anti-obscenity statute, 1975 Alabama Code §§ 13A-12-200.1, et seq., to the company's provision of interstate "800" telephone service.
