On July 2, 1985, plaintiff filed this action against defendant alleging discrimination under the Civil Rights Act, MCL 37.2101 et seq.; MSA 3.548(101) et seq. On September 22, 1989, the trial court granted defendant's motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). Plaintiff appeals as of right, and we reverse.
