Plaintiff Tracy Allen Nichols is an inmate at the Iowa State Penitentiary at Fort Madison, Iowa ("ISP"). Nichols asserts that his First Amendment rights under the United States Constitution were violated by the Defendants, Crispus C. Nix and Darrold Dressler, the warden and the mailroom clerk at ISP, by denying him three publications from the Church of Jesus Christ Christian ("CJCC")....
