On November 26, 1991, the defendant pleaded guilty in the Superior Court in Middlesex County to two indictments charging him with breaking and entering a building in the daytime and possession of burglarious instruments. A Superior Court judge adopted the recommendation of the Commonwealth and imposed sentences of nine to ten years to be served at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction, the sentences to run concurrently with each other...
