Presently before the Court is the appeal of the City and County of Denver, Colorado, of the February 4, 1992 Order and Opinion of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware ("the Bankruptcy Court"). The Bankruptcy Court determined that Continental Airlines, Inc. was entitled to an exemption for certain use taxes from February, 1991, through August, 1991.
