OPINION

BENCH, Judge:

Edwards & Daniels Architects, Inc. (Edwards) appeals the trial court's dismissal of its action against Farmers' Properties, Inc. (Farmers), Herbert Bosch, Fran Archuleta, Verl Sortor, and Ron Jenkins.1 We affirm.
