This case is before me on two motions for summary judgment. Plaintiffs are the Gehl Group ("Gehl"), a Florida Corporation, engaged in the business of fund raising solicitation, Michael K. Brady ("Brady"), regional manager for Plaintiff Gehl, the Fraternal Order of Police, Northern Colorado Lodge # 3 and the Fraternal Order of Police, Colorado Metroplex (collectively referred to as ("the F.O.P."))...
