Per Curiam.

Plaintiff appellant state of Ohio appeals the trial court's order granting the motion to suppress evidence filed by the defendant appellee Darren Walker. Walker was indicted for violation of one count of the drug law, R.C. 2925.11. Appellee pled not guilty, and subsequently filed his motion to suppress. The trial court granted the motion, and the state timely filed its appeal.
