Plaintiff Alvin Canell brings this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action against Sheriff Ris Bradshaw, Preston Beebe, Lt. Warner Johnson, "Nurse Sue", Frank Hall, and Denis Dowd, in their individual and official capacities, and Clackamas County.
